CAD/CAM (Slide Show)
Utilizing state of art solid modeling and programming technology, we are capable of fabricating some of the most complex projects out there. A project will begin with a solid model drafted to your specifications and then flattened for tooling stages. With a drafted solid model, most manufacturing issues can be spotted and prevented before any raw materials are purchased or fabricated. If solid model files can be provided, we can proceed directly into the computer aided manufacturing stages in order to help reduce costs on your project.

Punching
Our turret punch press machines come equipped with numerous capabilities that help reduce setup time and virtually eliminate the need for secondary operations. No matter how small of a job we run, our fully rotational auto-indexing tool stations and automatic sheet repositioning features are always taken advantage of. In addition to our common shapes and sizes of tooling, we also carry a wide variety of forming tools such as embosses, louvers, countersinks, and miscellaneous extrusions.

Forming
No matter how technically challenging a forming operation may be, we are confident that our staff's knowledge and equipment can meet your project's specifications. Our press brake line up allows us to hold tight tolerances for material up to .250" thick and 8' in length.

Assembly
Our assembly capabilities include MIG/TIG welding, spot welding, stud welding, hardware insertion, and riveting. With our wide range of assembly options, your project's fabricating stage can start and finish at our shop.

Inspection/Quality Control
By taking full advantage of barcode tracking technology, we are capable of ensuring that all operations on every order are treated to first and last part inspection. As a firm believer in practicing Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, we are confident that our quality control procedures will help make sure that your job is completed right the first time. Once a project has completed all operations and outside processes, all parts go through a final inspection before package and delivery. If requested, Certificate of Conformance (C of C) and/or material certification can be provided.

Outside Processes
If required, we have a wide selection of reliable vendors to choose from. Some of the outside processes we typical handle are Sand Blasting, Painting, Powder Coating, and Plating.
